Our systems are monitored electronically 24x7x365. Technical staff are available at all times to react to problems. Support is provided to customers in a number of different ways including:

  • e-mail support
  • Recording of faults on our electronic service desk
  • By telephone

Customers are provided with a username and password which provides access to our support pages where a large amount of information can be found covering all aspects of our services. For customers purchasing hardware devices complete copies of manuals are available on-line as are hints and tips.

The core technical team are all Microsoft Certified Engineers.
